Diagnosis

Eyes large, DE/DO = 3.6; thoracic dorsum black with metallic tinges; scutellum with engraved reticulation; costal cell with a complete row of setae on ventral surface; propodeum with submedian grooves reticulate and with median carina with parallel sides; propodeal callus with three setae; gaster with first tergite smooth.< /FONT >
